West Plains, Mo. – A West Plains woman was injured in a bus crash near Winona on Tuesday morning. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred on US 60, three miles east of Winona at 8:05 a.m.
A west bound 2011 IC Bus driven by Carolyn Million, age 56 of Ellsinore, traveled off the left side of the roadway and Million overcorrected, resulting in the crash.

The driver and a 10 year old passenger, both wearing safety devices, were uninjured in the crash. A passenger, Jolene McAdams, 38 of West Plains, had not been wearing a safety device and was seriously injured in the crash. She was transported by EMS to Ozarks Healthcare for treatment.
