West Plains woman injured in two-vehicle crash Saturday

West Plains, MO. – A West Plains woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash on Saturday. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred on US 160, four miles east of West Plains at 12:35 p.m.

A Ford Windstar driven by Cheyenne Busbey, age 24, failed to yield and traveled into the path of an eastbound Ford F250 driven by Jason Taber, age 30 of West Plains, causing the crash.

Despite both drivers not wearing their seatbelt, Busbey was the only person listed with an injury. She suffered moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare for treatment.
