West Plains, Mo. – A West Plains woman wanted for multiple felony charges was arrested on Tuesday, December 6. Melissa C. Folsom is facing charges in multiple court cases that began as early as June. Folsom is charged with 23 counts of Stealing – Catalytic Converter, 5 counts of 1st Degree Property Damage, 2 counts of Stealing-$750 or more, one count of 2nd Degree Burglary and one count of Forgery, all felonies.
She was arrested by the Howell County Sheriff’s Office and was being held on $22,500 cash or surety bond. Folsom is expected to return to court on Monday, December 12 for a bond hearing.
