Strike up the band and get ready for the annual 4th of July parade on Saturday, July 3rd at 10am in Willow Springs. Line up begins at 9am at Booster Field. We are still currently looking for famous historic characters from 1620 to the present date. Additions at this time are Elizabeth Cady Stanton (Lacy Schwien), Elvis Presley (Kyle Ralston), Mrs. Uncle Sam (Wendy Parker), Calamity Jane (Linda Stubbs), Alice Paul (Jane Bailey) and Harriet Tubman (Joe Nik Jackson).

Immediately following the parade there will be the 13th annual patriotic program at the Star Theatre with live orchestra music provided by the Southern Ozarks Community Orchestra (SOCO) directed by Jody Forbes. All of your favorite patriotic songs will be presented plus historic character speeches.
