Willow Springs, MO. – The Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce is continuing to accept participants for the upcoming 4th of July Parade to be held on Monday, July 4th at 10 a.m. in Willow Springs. Line up is at Booster Field starting at 9am.
The Chamber is looking for participants and spectators. Interested individuals should feel free to enter their vehicles of any color, shape or size. Those encouraged to participate include all businesses, veterans, school, civic, and social clubs, churches, and individuals as the city celebrates the 246th birth of the United States of America.
The Chamber is also looking for individuals seeking to bring historic characters to life with period costumes. Costumes are available for use by contacting Jane Bailey at 417-469-2588.
Immediately following the parade, there will be a patriotic program in the Star Theatre with live music by Sharry Lovan’s band. The historic characters will be on stage and will make brief remarks.
