On Friday (5/21), a felony warrant for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, a Class D felony, was issued for Nikolay Plyushchev, 41, of Willow Springs, MO in connection with the incident that occurred on Highway 95 in the Brixey/Rockbridge area.
Mr. Plyushchev has previously been convicted in the Circuit of Howell County, Missouri, to one or more felony counts of Resisting Arrest.
The investigation into this event continues and additional charges are possible in this ongoing investigation.
Mr. Plyushchev is currently being held in the Ozark County Jail on a $5000 cash only bond.
All suspects should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
