Willow Springs, Mo. – Utility bills for residents of the city of Willow Springs will be delayed until the beginning of August due to a computer malfunction. The bills should arrive by August 5 and bills will be due on August 19 before penalties are accrued.
Heather Duddridge, city clerk of Willow Springs stated “We have all of the correct meter readings and City Hall staff will be putting those readings into the computer manually, which is the reason for the delay in getting those out to our customers. We apologize for the inconvenience; however, this is a situation that is out of our control.”
