A Birch Tree woman who was arrested after giving a breathalyzer test more than four times the legal limit last June will be in court for arraignment February 24. Three children were in the vehicle with Paula Jean Balliet when she was pulled over between Thomasville and Birch Tree on Highway 99. Along with charges related to drunk driving, she faces three counts of first-degree child endangerment.
