Bill 4678 to become Ordinance 4678. Second Reading. An Ordinance to repeal and replace the existing Purchasing Policy (Ordinance 4239) for the City of West Plains, Missouri.
Bill 4679 to become Ordinance 4679. Second Reading. An Ordinance vacating two portions of excess right-of-way along Worley Drive in West Plains, Missouri.
Bill 4680 to become Ordinance 4680. First Reading. An Ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri to amend Chapter 6, Animals and Fowl, Article II-Dogs, of the Code of Ordinances for the City of West Plains, Missouri, by adding a new Section 6-53, Requiring Dog Licenses and Tags.
Bill 4681 to become Ordinance 4681. First Reading. An Ordinance to authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement between the City of West Plains, Missouri and the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission for the Railway-Highway Crossing Improvement Program Agreement.
Bill 1128 to become Resolution 1128. A Resolution authorizing the City of West Plains, Missouri to begin an Integrated Plan project with Missouri Public Utility Alliance and HDR.
Bill 1129 to become Resolution 1129. A Resolution to authorize the City of West Plains to purchase real estate at 701 Washington Avenue from Charles and Jennie Whisnant, the current home of Ozark Auto Sales.
Bill 1130 to become Resolution 1130. A Resolution to approve the use of the west end of the City of West Plains Solar Farm to be used for shade by cattle by the adjoining property owner, Rick Hoover.
Bill 1031 to become Resolution 1031. A Resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri authorizing the Mayor or City Administrator to execute agreement with the West Plains Economic Development Corporation for Economic Development.
