WEST PLAINS, Mo. — The West Plains City Council will hold a budget work session at 4:30 pm this Wednesday at West Plains City Hall.
A public comment period will be held shortly after the start of the meeting for city and utility budgets before the work session.

The council will also hear bids for steel poles for a project in the Southern Hills area.
The public is welcome to attend.
