WEST PLAINS, Mo. — West Plains High School FCCLA and the West Plains Optimist Club partnered with Regal Beloit to provide families with bike safety education at the company’s first annual safety day.
WPHS FCCLA members Shyanna Scroggins and Alexis Brown were able to provide 45 children with new bike helmets and over 150 people with bicycle safety tips.
