WEST PLAINS, Mo. — West Plains City Hall and other city offices are closed today, according to city clerk Mallory Snodgras:
Normal hours will resume on Tuesday.

Also for Veterans Day, the parade has been canceled due to the expected weather. However, the luncheon at noon at the civic center and the “A Musical Salute to Veterans” event is still slated to take place.
