WEST PLAINS, Mo. — The West Plains Elementary School will honor local veterans during the month of November.
District officials say veterans or families of veterans are invited to bring in a photo of a loved one who has served. The images will be displayed to show appreciation.

Parents wishing to participate should send photos to school with your child or drop off at 1136 Allen Street, and include a name and branch of service. Photos are due at the end of October and will be on display during November. Photos will be returned at the end of November.
