The West Plains High School Jazz Band hit all the right notes this past weekend, earning a 1st place trophy in their class at the Drury University Jazz Festival on Saturday, March 1.
The band’s performance not only impressed the audience but also drew high praise from the festival judges. After the performance, students received immediate feedback from the judges, who had plenty of positive comments to share about their sound, musicianship, and stage presence.
