Wright County, MO. – The Wright County Sheriff’s Office has announced that two people have died as a result of flood waters earlier this week.
Names of the deceased have not been released. The bodies were retrieved quickly due to drone implementation.

In addition to the two fatalities, it was also reported that 6 swift water incidents occurred, as well as numberous other vehicle slide-off events.
Multiple organizations were thanked for their assistance in working these incidents, and thoughts are going out to the families of the decedents.
