Wright County Sheriff’s Office Warns of New Scam

Hartville, MO. – Another scam has emerged in the area, with the Wright County Sheriff’s Office announcing that several citizens were targeted.

This scam involves a text from a scammer telling their potential target that they are from the USPS and are attempting to deliver a package. The text then provides a link to enter the targets address.
