Welcome to Leslie’s Catering, LLC – Home cooked goodness for all your culinary needs! I have been in food service for over 35 years, have a degree in culinary arts/restaurant management and I am ServSafe certified. I cater out of my fully licensed and health inspected commercial kitchen. My experience includes cooking at numerous restaurants over the past 35 years, serving as Food Service Director for the Cabool School District for six years and catering solely for the past eight years. My passion has been cooking and creating recipes for as long as I can remember and I began catering eight years ago. I also offer a seasonal “Meals To Go” service for the local community – I try to have this stocked from January – October and I do “Hot Dinner Delivery” in between catering jobs on Thursdays as often as possible.
