Howell County Health Department reports an additional 11 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. This brings the to date total number of cases to 3880. Of the new cases 4 live in West Plains, 3 live in Mountain View, 1 lives in Willow Springs, 2 live in Caulfield and 1 lives in Pomona. There have been 20,907 tested to date.
