Ann Evelyn Gargac Frederick, 85, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Friday, November 17, 2023, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Mrs. Frederick, daughter of John and Mary (Litviak) Gargac, was born June 3, 1938, in Grandin, Missouri.
She was a homemaker, enjoying gardening, raising roses, being around all her nieces and nephews and going gambling. She was of the Catholic faith.
On May 18, 1957, she was married to Paul V. Frederick in Doniphan, and he preceded her in death on January 20, 2017.
Surviving are two sisters, Dorothy Brooks of Arnold and Martha Griffin of St. Charles; two brothers, Albert “Al” Gargac of Naylor and Edward Gargac of Grandin; and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Frederick was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Mary Gargac and Agnes Klodt; and two brothers, Joseph Gargac and John Gargac.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, from 12 – 2 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will take place Tuesday afternoon, November 21, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Fred Wiktorek officiating. Burial will follow in the Beaver Dam Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Brodie Gargac Memorial Ball Field at the Bank of Grandin
