Graveside Services for Billie Eugene Jones, Age 81 of Summersville, Missouri will be held on Wednesday, July 1st, 2026 in The Chapel Hill Cemetery, Mountain View, Missouri under the direction of The Bradford Funeral Home, Summersville, Missouri.
Billie Eugene Jones was born on April 30, 1944, in Summersville, Missouri, to Boyd and Cora (Ecton) Jones. He was the youngest of seven children. He passed away in his home on June 27, 2026.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, two sisters, his daughter, Lori, his nephew, Larry, and his wife of over 30 years, Virginia.
He is survived by his significant other of 23 years, Linda Brady; his children, Jason Murphy, Holly (Kevin) Reese, and Elizabeth (Michael) Brooks; grandchildren, Quenton, Tatum, Briar, and Gage; nephew, Sherrill (Lisa) Daniel; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Bill was known for his skills with horses, building fences, and logging. He enjoyed back-roading, breaking horses, cutting up with friends, and playing with his grandkids. More than anything, Bill enjoyed drinking a cold beer with family and friends on a hot day.
