Billy Joe Hodge, 54-year-old resident of Naylor, MO, departed this life Sunday, March 10, 2024, at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He was born December 18, 1969, in St. Louis, MO, to the late Charles William Hodge, Sr. and Della Ann (Cook) Hodge.
Billy had worked in cultured marble construction. Billy was a great dad, grandfather, brother, and friend to all who knew him. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, and hunting. He loved running his boat and making memories on Current River and barbecuing. Billy also liked to travel.
Surviving is his fiancé, Debbie Carpenter; his children, Shalechia Hodge (Gino Wells) of Fairdealing, MO, Cody Hodge of Deadwood, CO, Christina Christian of Fort Smith, AR, Brandon Webb of Weatherford, OK, and Stephanie Hodge of Rolla, MO; a sister, Faye (Bearl) May of Camdenton, MO; and his brother, Charles William Hodge, Jr. of Naylor. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by two children, Justin Hodge and Angela Hodge, and a sister, Ellen Hodge.
Visitation will be held in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, March 16, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until noon. Interment will be private at Shirley Cemetery.
