Charles Leon “Todd” Souder, 72 years, 6 months, 28 days old, passed away on April 27, 2022 at his home in Wasola, Missouri with his family by his side.
Todd was born September 30, 1949 in Gainesville, MO to Almond and Elzada Norene (Curtis) Souder. He grew up attending school at Souder and Rockbridge.
Todd was a U.S. Army Veteran and served in the Vietnam War.
Todd and Connie Jo Stewart were united in marriage on February 3, 1973 in Souder, Missouri, and to this union three children were born.
He was a member of the Souder Church of Christ. Todd was a logger for many years and worked in southern Missouri. Todd was fond of his dogs; Scooter and Willie. He enjoyed his work, fishing, and loved being with his grand and great grandchildren!
Todd was preceded in death by his wife, Connie Jo; his parents, Almond and Elzada; and a brother, Gerald Souder.
Todd is survived by three children, Leon Souder, Deborah and Dana VanderBogart, and Dustin Souder; six grandchildren, Evan Sisney, Samuel Sisney, Makayla Souder, Katelyn Souder, Newt Souder, and Wyatt Souder; great grandchildren, Raelynn and Grayson Sisney; his brothers Earl Souder and Dennis Souder, extended family and many friends.
