Charley Deroose Cheek, 69, of Theodosia, MO passed away May 11, 2022 at his residence. He was born September 26, 1952 at Mtn Home, AR to O.J. and Marie (Rogers) Cheek.
Charley graduated from Flippin High School in Flippin, AR, then Vo-Tech school in Harrison, AR. He worked at MarBax Shirt Factory until it’s closure. While there he met the love of his life, Patsy McGinnis. They were married on April 20, 1973 and just celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary. He also worked for the Ava and Mtn Home Livestock sale barns.
He is survived by his wife Patsy Cheek of the home; two sisters Paulette Dillinger and husband Doyle, Mary Ann Angus and husband Bill; three brothers Bobby Cheek and wife Ruby, Tommie Cheek and wife Jackie, Johnny Cheek and wife Darla; 19 nieces and nephews; and several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother Doyle; and several nieces and nephews.
