Funeral services for Claudia Ann Willison, age 78, of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas, will be held Friday, March 13, 2020, at 2:00 PM at the Mammoth Spring Church of Christ in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas with Lee Moses and Barry O’Dell officiating.
Claudia Ann Willison was born on her father’s birthday, September 6, 1941, to Arthur and Maudie Long in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas. She departed this life on March 9, 2020 at Fulton County Hospital in Salem, Arkansas. She was 78 years old.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Arthur and Maudie Long.
Claudia is survived by a daughter, Debbie and her husband, Dennis Rose of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas. For the last three years, they have been her support and caregivers in her battle with cancer. She is also survived by a daughter, Delores Willison; a son, Ricky Willison; two granddaughters; a grandson; a son-in-law, Mark Allen; a sister, Eva Joe Williams; and a number of nieces and nephews.
She will be missed by a host of other relatives and friends. Of special mention is her dear friend, Wanda Stark, who has been a constant source of comfort and assistance in so many ways.
Claudia was a member of the Mammoth Spring Church of Christ. She served for thirty years as the office secretary which was the joy of her life.
Funeral services for Claudia Ann Willison will held Friday, March 13, 2020, at 2:00 PM at the Mammoth Spring Church of Christ in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas with Lee Moses and Barry O’Dell officiating.
The family will receive friends at the Carter Funeral Home in Thayer on Thursday, March 12, 2020, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas with services under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc. in Thayer, Missouri.
