Memorial Services for Daniel Willison, Age 68 of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas will be held on Wednesday, September 9th, 2026 at The Tri-County Funeral Chapel, Highland, Arkansas, beginning at 11:00 AM. Visitation will precede the services, beginning at 10:00 AM. Burial will take place in The Shiloh Cemetery, Mammoth Spring, Arkansas.
Darrell Gene Willison was born in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas to Frank and Gladys Todd Willison and grew up enjoying fishing and hunting in Fulton County. He loved running with his wife and spoiling his customers as an exceptional grocery store butcher who would custom cut their meat choices. He was a sports fan of the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team, the Kansas City Chiefs football team, and the Arkansas Razorbacks. Darrell loved animals, most recently and especially his dog, Pepper. He attended the Agnos church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers: Jim “Possum”, Mike, and Franklin Joe Willison; three sisters: Hattie Owens, Linda Williams, and Grace Willison.
Survivors include his wife of the home in rural Salem, Arkansas, Brenda Williams Willison; a daughter, Kristal Moran of Bushnell, Illinois; a sister, Ester Eldried of Glencoe, Arkansas; a brother, Virgil Willison of Thayer, Missouri; a son-in-law, Wesley Lemmons; two grandchildren, Ian and Izabel Lemmons; many other relatives and good friends. The family especially expresses sincere appreciation to Jim and Marlene Sawyer and Judy Ford for their longtime friendship and overwhelming support.
