Della (Dedeo)Cooper, age 83, daughter of Peter and Muriel (Foster) Dedeo was born on February 4, 1943, in Camden, New Jersey. She entered eternal rest on August 6, 2026, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.
Della is preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Lisa; as well as, her loving husband, John.
She is survived by her daughter, Marie Riley; two stepsons, John S. and Eric R. Cooper; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Della was an accomplished artist who obtained a Master of Fine Arts Degree from the renowned international Art Institute in San Miguel Allende, Mexico.
An avid bird watcher, a voracious reader, lover of art in all forms, as well as a wonderful quilter; she loved to share her knowledge and gift her quilts to family members.
Della loved her family. A highlight for her was to have a spirited game of dominos during holiday gatherings.
Della was a member of St. Stephens Episcopal Church, Wimberly, Texas prior to her move to Missouri; and continued to watch services online.
Della was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend! Helpful to all and always ready to sit and listen to her friends and family.
She will be missed but we know that she is enjoying the beauty of heaven and is healed in the presence of the one she has so long desired to meet.
