Delpha June Roller

Delpha June Roller, 94 years, 3 months, and 14 days old, passed peacefully on July 29, 2024 at her home with her family by her side.

Delpha was born April 15, 1930, in Roy, MO in Douglas County to Homer William and Amy Ellen (Sanders) Rosseau.

She lived her whole life in Douglas County. 

On April 5, 1948, Delpha and Ray Roller were united in marriage at Mtn. Home, AR. To this union they were blessed with one daughter, Shirley.

She worked as a cattle farmer along side her husband, Ray.  She was also a factory worker at Spaldings, Rawlings, Emerson Electric in Ava, and H.D. Lee in Seymour. In addition she worked at the U.S. Dept. of Forestry as a maintenance staffer in Ava. 

Delpha was a Christian and a member of the Church of Christ in Ava. Her hobbies included music, gardening, home décor, and fashion. Her joy in life was her family.  

Delpha was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Velma Cross, Elva Matthews, Goldie Sutherland, and Dorothy Burton, brothers, Norman Rosseau, Marvin Rosseau, and twin brother Delmar J. Rosseau; and her grandson, Lonnie Wayne Trent.

Delpha is survived by her husband, Ray Roller, daughter, Shirley and husband Gary Trent; grandson, Curtis Trent; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.

Private Burial will be in the Mt. Tabor cemetery.
