Dennis E. Shelley, 78, of Cabool, MO passed away on June 3, 2024. Dennis was born on August 1, 1945, in Bendavis, MO, the son of Walter and Alma (Curtiner) Shelley.
Dennis married Grace Shelley on October 22, 1978. He enjoyed hunting and everything gun related. Dennis loved the Lord and attended church as long as his health allowed. Dennis drove a truck until his retirement. He took pride in his kids and grandkids.
Dennis is preceded in death by the love of his life, Grace Shelley, and his parents, Walter and Alma Shelley. He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Stapp; son, Shannon Shelley; stepdaughter, Deborah Barber; stepson, David Tuter; and grandchildren, Anthony Shelley, Riannon Shelley, Matthew Nickell, Cameron Primanzon, Stephanie Pippin, Chad Pippin, Zach Barber, Ryker Tuter, Braden Tuter, and Danielle Alexander.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dennis’ name may be made to the Shelley Family care of Evans Funeral Home, 224 S Grand Ave., Houston, MO 65483.
