Elizabeth “Beth” Irene Johnson, 71, of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, passed from this walk of life on Thursday, November 28, 2024, in Ash Flat, Arkansas.
Beth was born on March 24, 1953, in Aurora, Illinois, daughter of the late Arthur and Rosemary (Chrystal) Johnson. During her working years, Beth worked in a factory and at Karen’s Kitchen in Horseshoe Bend for many years. Beth enjoyed arts and crafts and sports. She was very friendly and outgoing. Beth loved her sisters and the ladies who worked in the nursing home. She belonged to St. Mary of the Mount Catholic Church in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas.
She is survived by her sisters, Marsha Johnson, Anna Freeman and Barbara Frost and husband, George and nieces and nephews.
Beth was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Paul Johnson and brother-in-law, Ronald Freeman.
Memorial Mass will be Friday, December 6, 2024, at St. Mary of the Mount Catholic Church in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, beginning at 11:00 AM with Father Amal Punganoor.
