A graveside funeral service for Frank will be Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. in the Spring Creek Cemetery with burial to follow. Visitation will be Tuesday from 12:30 P.M. to 1:30 P.M. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, Missouri.
