She was born to Doris Eileen (Martin) Boyer on January 13, 1981 in Salem, Arkansas, at Fulton County Memorial Hospital. Frankie Jean attended the State School for special children until she was twenty-one years old. She enjoyed music of all kinds, the more upbeat the better. She loved to play with her toys, the louder the better for her, maybe not for everyone else. She had a grin that could light up a room, the cutest laugh, and the brightest, prettiest blue eyes you ever did see.
She is survived by her mom, Doris Boyer; sisters, Jo Anna Perry and Angela Wright; brother-in-law, Nathan Perry; nieces and nephews, Audrey Perry, Elijah Perry, Elliott (Tucker) Perry, Jaycelyn Wright, and Zaiden Wright; aunts and uncles, Teresa Ward, Lisa Adelsberger and husband, Paul, Sandy Layman and husband, Shelley, and Gary Martin; and many cousins who are loved dearly.
Her father, Don Boyer, grandparents, Joe and Alma Jean Martin, and Eugene and Lucille (Mildred) Forester, grandmother, Freida Boyer, aunts and uncles, Patty Martin, Larry Ward, Hopie Sisco, and Ethal Sisco, and cousin, Mattie Cox, preceded her in death.
