Gator was a man who sought out what he wanted and almost always got it. If there was a deal to be had he would travel far and wide to get it. He never backed down from a challenge. He always said, “If man built it, I can fix it”. He was strong minded and strong willed. He loved being a farmer and taking care of his farm animals. He will be fondly remembered as someone who was always willing to help a neighbor or a person around town in need. He had a hard exterior and at first you may think that’s who he was but after getting to know him you’d find out that he was just a big, silly softy. He will be greatly missed by all those who loved him.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 31, 2020 at Pinelawn Cemetery in Winona, Missouri under the direction of Yarber Mortuary, Winona, Missouri. Condolences may be expressed at www.yarbermortuary.com.
