Glenna Murriel Lane

Glenna Murriel (Craig) Lane, 75, of Winona, Missouri passed away peacefully and surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, July 26, 2020. Glenna was born September 29, 1944, to Louis and Nellie (Norris) Craig in Saratoga, Wyoming.

She was married to Norman E. Lane on April 10, 1964. Glenna was educated at Horner School in Rocky, Missouri. She spent the majority of her life in and around her hometown of Winona, where she raised five children as a single mother. She was a devout Christian and displayed her faith in action by serving others and making sure family members knew about Jesus. Glenna and her family lived a short time in High Ridge, Missouri, near St. Louis. She worked for a large photo developing company and she also ran her own dress shop in Winona.

She will be fondly remembered by her three sons, Norman E. Lane II and wife, Susan of Springfield, MO,  Lance Lane of West Plains, Louis Lane and wife, Crystal of West Plains; daughter, Kelly Voyles, and husband, Mark of Winona, MO; step-son, Steven Lane, and wife, Lisa of Glendale, AZ; grandchildren, Ryan Voyles and wife, Sara of Winona, MO, Zachary Lane of Kansas City, MO, Tyler Voyles and wife, Miranda, Braydon Voyles and wife, Brittany, all of Winona, MO, Lydia Lane, Quentin Lane, and Keith Lane all of Springfield, MO, Jacob Thomas Lane, and Grace Lane both of Glendale, AZ; five great-grandchildren, Cameron, Joseph, Knighten, Natalie, and Granger Voyles; one sister, Evanell Newman, and husband, Tim of Camdenton, MO; one sister-in-law, Ruby Craig of Winona, MO; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Ted Craig, and a baby sister, Earlene Craig.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 31, 2020, at Assembly of God in Winona, Missouri, with Bro. Darrell Jones officiating under the direction of Yarber Mortuary, Winona, Missouri.  The family will receive visitors at 3:00 p.m. prior to the service.
