Jack Campbell

Glen Richard “Jack” Campbell was born May 31, 1938, to Sam and Murl “Lynch” Campbell on the Acey Lee place near Royal Oak, and departed this life August 14, 2022, at his home at Royal Oak at the age of 84.

On August 19, 1956, he was united in marriage to his high school sweetheart D. Imogene Parrott and to this union five children were born.

He is survived by two daughters, Rhonda Arnold and husband Ricky, Tina Bell and husband Jim, two sons Kevin Campbell, Keith Campbell and wife Romana, four grandchildren, Ryan, Jason, Amanda, Jessica, four great-grandchildren Brandon, Hannah, Keera, Jake, a great-great-grandchild Emmett, sister Denna Warren and husband Cleve, sister-in-law Mary Campbell, three brothers-in-law Danny Cline, Dale and Junior Parrott and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife Imogene, son Ricky Glen, his parents, his mother and father-in-law Clessie and Woodrow Parrott, sister Donna Cline and brother Cecil Campbell.

Jack farmed the family farm most of his adult life, logged and drove a bus for the Alton School district for 41 years. He was of the Baptist faith and was a member of the Woodside Masonic Lodge.
