Funeral Services for James Eugene Bradway, Age 68 of Nixa, Missouri will be held on Friday, August 21st, 2026 at The Bradford Funeral Home, Summersville, Missouri, beginning at 2:00 PM. Visitation will precede the service, beginning at 1:00 PM. Interment will take place in The Antioch Cemetery, Hartshorn, Missouri. Donations in Jim’s memory may be made to the children’s ministry at King’s Chuukese, Broken Arrow Oklahoma.
James Eugene Bradway, age 68 of Nixa, Missouri, passed away on August 17, 2026, at his home, surrounded by his family, after a long battle with heart disease.
He was born on August 29, 1957, the baby of the family, to Ruby (Sykes) Bradway and Marion Calvin Bradway, in Millington, Tennessee.
Jim loved the Lord with all his heart. He had a wonderful laugh that could light up any room. He loved to travel and loved adventure.
Jim was a member of Kings Chapels.
He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather; he loved his family so much! He was the star when he walked into the room. He had a beautiful voice and sang like Elvis! He was the bomb!
Jim was preceded in death by his father, Marion Bradway; his mother, Ruby Bradway; and his oldest son, Dustin Bradway.
Jim is survived by his loving wife, Kim of the home; his daughter, Kelli and Randy Cole; his son, Eric Bradway and his daughter, Samantha and Josh Strait; grandkids, Cody, Mary, Anna, Isaiah, Mercedes, James, Elijah, Sky, Berkely, Autumn, Chloe, and Katelyn, as well as several great-grandkids. He is also survived by his brother, Mark and Lorrie Bradway, and his sister, Margaret Cunningham, as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Jim will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
