James Lloyd Coble, 62, of Hartville, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly at his home on May 3, 2026.
James was born on April 18, 1964, in Fargo, North Dakota, to Hamey and Ama Lou Coble. He spent much of his life enjoying the simple things that brought him peace; being outdoors, fishing, hunting, and spending time with the animals he loved so much. He also spent 38 years as an over-the-road truck driver, a career he took great pride in and held a deep passion for. He loved the open road and the life that came with it. James always carried a dream of one day owning a 1972 Nova to cruise the curvy roads of Missouri in.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hamey and Ama Lou Coble; his brothers, Terry Coble and Vernon Coble; and his sister, Ruby Stuteville.
James is survived by his wife, Teresa Coble; his son, Ryan Coble of St. Germain, Wisconsin; his daughter, Meagan Eger and husband, Dalton, of Eagle River, Wisconsin. He is also survived by his stepchildren, Tiffany Miller, Shawna Miller, and Crystal Miller; his sister, Freda Volner and husband, Jonathan, of Hartville, Missouri; his brother, Ray Coble of Hartville, Missouri; as well as several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
James will be remembered for his love of the outdoors, his love for his animals, his passion for the open road, and the memories shared with those who knew and loved him.
A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
