She was born July 29, 1933, at Omaha, Nebraska, to Hilda and Norman Egbert. In December of 1970, she was married to Norman Schauer in Fullerton, California. Norman and Jeanne had no children together but had children from previous marriages. After working many years for a big oil company in Long Beach, CA they retired to Mountain View, MO.
Jeanne loved to travel with her husband and visit family across the United States. She enjoyed history, especially genealogy, and reading the Bible. Jeanne was a very intelligent college educated woman. She had a love for animals, especially dogs. She was generous and would always help those in need.
Jeanne is survived by son, Danny (Marlaina) Lovewell, daughter, Peggy Schmitz, and son Martin (Wanda) Lovewell. Jeanne is also survived by stepchildren Cheryl (Terry) McLeod, Carol (Rodney) Moberg, Clayton (Mary) Schauer, Lila (Randy) Walden, Lorraine (Steve) Coughlin and Lee (Billi) Schauer. Jeanne is also survived by 25 grandchildren. Jeanne is also survived by many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren with many nieces and nephews.
Jeanne was preceded in death by her husband Norman Schauer, daughter Jo Lynn Lovewell, son Ricky Lovewell, son-in-law Kurt Schmitz, grandson Christopher Shae Pugh and sister Kathleen Anderson.
Services will be held at His Place House of Worship on September 8th at 2:00 p.m.
