Jennifer Mae Donnell, 59, of Doniphan, Missouri, made it to heaven on December 27, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones at home. Jennifer was born on April 26, 1965, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Harold Dean Stogsdill and Violet Colene Stogsdill.
Jennifer devoted her life to serving others, first as a proud member of the United States Navy and later as a dedicated teacher. Her passion for education and nurturing spirit left a lasting impact on countless students and colleagues. She was a faithful member of the First Church of God in Doniphan, where her unwavering faith and kindness inspired all who knew her.
In her free time, Jennifer found great joy in gardening, sewing, and cherishing moments with her beloved grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She was deeply devoted to her faith, spending time in the Bible, sharing her love of Jesus, and mentoring others through discipleship.
Jennifer is survived by her beloved children, Isaac (Stephanie) Ballow and Hannah (Brett) Tinsley as well as her treasured grandchildren: Brookelyn Ballow, Alibia Shipman, Wesson Shipman, Braden Ballow, Lynnzi Tinsley, and Elijah Tinsley. She will also be deeply missed by her extended family, friends, and the many lives she touched.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan, Missouri. A celebration of life service will follow at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Dan Craig officiating.
Jennifer will be remembered for her selfless service, kind spirit, and unwavering love for her family and community. Her beautiful voice, faithfulness and discipleship, and love will continue to inspire all who were fortunate to know her.
