Jerry Sue Case, 84, passed away on October 24, 2019, at her home in Mountain View, Missouri. She was born on June 23, 1935, to Clyde and Laura (Walters) Simpson in Van Buren, Missouri. She was united in marriage to William Case on April 7, 1955, in St. Louis, Missouri and to this union, two sons were born.
She was preceded in death by both her parents, Clyde and Laura; and one brother, Gary Simpson.
She is survived by her husband, William; two sons, Phil Case (Debbie) and Mark Case (Lara); and five grandchildren, Michael, Jake, David, Christopher and Alex.
Jerry loved reading, cats, researching family history and telling stories. She was a devout Christian; a very loving and caring person who treated people exceptionally well. She had a positive attitude, never complained and she lived her life to the fullest. She raised two wonderful children and before she retired she was a baker.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment will be in Evelain Cemetery, Fremont. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Yarber Mortuary, Mountain View, Missouri. Condolences may be expressed at www.yarbermortuary.com.
