Johnnie Sterling Coulter, 94, of Isabella, MO died February 8, 2021 at Ozark Nursing and Care Center. He was born November 22, 1926 in Ozark County, MO to Todd and Clara (Taber) Coulter.
Johnnie grew up around Isabella, MO. On October 24, 1955 he was untied in marriage to Imogene (Jones). He worked many different jobs from carpentry to farming to help raise his family. He was a good man and very set in his ways. He was loved and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his children Lavon George of Mtn Home, AR, Louise Coulter of Theodosia, MO, Shirley Hinkle of St James, MO, Bobbie Coulter of Theodosia, MO, John Wes Coulter; three grandchildren Sandy Dean of Theodosia, MO, Doyle George and Dennis George both of Mtn Home, AR; and several great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; two sisters; and two grandsons Daryl George and David Hinkle.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 11, 2021 in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home chapel, Gainesville, MO with Doug Irwin officiating. Visitation will be Thursday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. to service time. Burial will be in the Isabella Cemetery. Arrangements are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
