Joyce also leaves behind dear lifelong friends and a church family at Victory Free Will Baptist Church who loved her and supported her through some of the most difficult times of her life.

Joyce’s life was a testament of faith. She said that if her life had a soundtrack, it would be “Victory in Jesus.” And that if her life was a book the title would be My Christian Upbringing. She made her profession of faith in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at a young age at New Home Free Will Baptist Church and maintained a connection to the church throughout her life. Please note that Decoration Day at New Home is the 3rd Sunday in May and she would love for you to be there.

Joyce was an amazing mother, Grammy, and Mammy. We can all use her example of faith and kindness as our guide in life. Each family member and friend will always hold precious memories of the unique and special ways she touched their lives.
