During her childhood, she enjoyed ice skating and being with her family. She was baptized when she was a young girl. Judi grew up in Illinois until her family moved to Cabool in 1973. She met the love of her life in 1984 and was married in 1985. Judi enjoyed working as a CMT/CNA for several years. In 2009 she left to care for her dad until his passing in December of 2016.
Judi enjoyed doing crafts, being with her family and she loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren unconditionally. She had a heart of gold and if you ever had the chance to meet her you would have a friend for life.
Judi was preceded in death by her parents and a great grandson, Sawyer Williams. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Donald Bloomer; daughter, Bonnie Williams of Willow Springs, MO; son, Travis Williams and wife, Ammie of Cabool, MO; daughter, Wendy Rousseau and husband, Robert of Decatur, IL; son, Adam Williams and wife, Samantha of Cabool, MO; son, Josh Bloomer of Cabool, MO; sister, Dawn Eckles and husband, Bill of Greenwood, AR; brother, Michael Jacks of Newport, NC; brother, Jerry Jacks and wife, Elaine of Cabool, MO; brother, Steven Jacks of Havelock, NC; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
