Kathryn Kay Miller, daughter of William Johnson and Kathleen (Skorseth) Johnson, was born February 13, 1949, in Park Rapids, Minnesota, and departed this life May 24, 2023, at Glenwood Healthcare in Seymour, Missouri, at the age of 74 years, 3 months, and 11 days.
On June 17, 1967, she was united in marriage to Vernon Allen Miller in Anoka, Minnesota, and to this union 3 sons were born.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Karen.
Kathryn is survived by her husband, Vern; sons, Mike, Dale and Bill Miller; grandchildren, Scott, Hollie, and Ryder Miller; brother, Wayne Johnson; unofficial daughter-in-law, Rachel Harris; other relatives and friends.
Kathryn’s father was a minister, and she was raised in the Assembly of God faith.
She and Vern spent their adult years working side by side, owning and operating several businesses related to automotive needs. They moved near Seymour, Missouri, in 1993 and started “Driving Dreams” east of Seymour.
Kathryn was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and we have special memories that we will always cherish. She will be missed.
