Funeral Services for Kathy Strope, Age 82 of rural Mammoth Spring, Arkansas will be held on Monday June 22nd, 2026 at The Spring River Baptist Church, North of Hardy, Arkansas, beginning at 11:00 AM. Visitation will precede the service, beginning at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in The Bronough Cemetery, North of Hardy Arkansas.

Kathy Ann Strope, 82, of rural Mammoth Spring, Arkansas passed away at EagleCrest Nursing and Rehab in Ash Flat, Arkansas. She was born in Paragould, Arkansas and was a member of Spring River Baptist Church. She particularly enjoyed fishing and going to yard sales. In addition to raising a family, Kathy had worked as an assembler in a factory.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Barney and Helen Morton; a brother, Jimmy; and a granddaughter, Misty Rushing.
Kathy is survived by her husband, Donald; a daughter, Helen Williams (Jeff) of Evening Shade, Arkansas; two sons, Donnie (Dennie) of Mammoth Spring and John (Jennifer) of Paragould; three grandchildren: Christopher (Jenna), Cierra (Olivia), and Lauren; three great-grandchildren: Adrian, Sammy, and Meadow; a brother, Otto; many other relatives and good friends.
