Larrisa Renee (Walker) Saladin

Larrisa Renee (Walker) Saladin, 31, was born on December 24, 1992, in Springfield, Missouri, and passed away on February 3, 2024, in Houston, Missouri. She was a beloved daughter, sister, and mother. Her untimely departure has leaves an immense void in the lives of all who knew and loved her.

Larrisa graduated with the Hartville High School class of 2012. She was united in marriage to David Lynn Saladin on July 6, 2013, at Camp Calvary. Two sons were born to this union, Daniel James and Caleb Ira Saladin.

Family meant the world to Larrisa, and she treasured every moment spent with them. One of her greatest joys in life was watching her boys play and seeing their happiness radiate from within. Her love for her family extended beyond the walls of their home as she cherished the time they spent together on family vacation trips. She particularly enjoyed going to the creek where they would swim, laugh, and make everlasting memories.

Larrisa derived immense strength from her faith in God. She held a deep love for the Lord and enjoyed attending church services with her parents. During these gatherings, Larrisa’s voice could often be heard singing hymns and specials. In addition to her dedication to family and faith, she had a passion for life’s simple pleasures. She found pure joy in sipping on a cold Dr. Pepper while engaging in heartfelt conversations with loved ones. Larrisa also enjoyed wearing cowboy boots that showcased her unique style and personality. She will forever be remembered for her infectious laughter, smile, and love.

Larrisa was preceded in death by her grandparents, Don Ratterree, Bentley Walker, Ruby Branson, and Elsie Oliphant; and an uncle, Terry Ratterree.

Larrisa is survived by her parents, Ben and Regina (Ratterree) Walker; one brother, Dustin Walker and wife, Bambi; one sister, Ashley Walker; ex-husband, David Saladin; two sons, Daniel and Caleb Saladin; paternal grandmother, Inez Walker; maternal grandmother, Maxine Ratterree; five nephews, Dakota Walker and wife, Jacee, Kyle Walker, Adam Moore, Ethan Moore, and Trustin Amandson; three nieces, Lulu Walker, Tiara Hogan, and Lexi Campbell; and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
