Linda Harris

Linda Harris daughter of the late Flavel “Doc” and Shelley (Higgins) Sargent, was born February 22, 1949, in Dodge City, KS and passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2023 in her home, surrounded by her children, in Hartville, Missouri, she was 74 years old.

Linda attended Ozark Community Technical College and graduated in the class of 1998. She married Daniel Lee “Danny” Harris from Waynesville, Missouri. Linda had five children, Robert, Rita, Shelley, Christopher, and Jolonna.

Prior to retirement she worked in quality control at Copeland in Ava, Missouri.

If you knew Linda, you know she loved her coffee, no matter the time of day! She loved the outdoors, rather it be sitting by a camp fire roasting a hot dog or sitting on her porch. She enjoyed camping, fishing, sewing, and crocheting. She loved her dogs and grand dogs, but she especially loved the time she got to spend with her family making memories to last a lifetime.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Danny, an infant son, Christopher, a grandson, KJ, a sister, Peggy, and her biological mother, Marion.

Survivors include her children, Robert Adams and wife, Peggy, of Hartville, Missouri, Rita Adams of Mansfield, Missouri, Shelley Mosier and husband, Allen, of Stoutland, Missouri, and Jolonna “Jo” Riddle and wife, Kayla, of Hartville, grandchildren, Hazel, Bobby, Aaron, Mark, Chelese, Chad, Tyler, Kamryn, Cheyenne, Tamika, Harley, several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, two sisters, Sharon Sargent and Connie Green, three brothers, Robert Sargent, Dan Campbell, and John Campbell, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
