Lisa Katherine Pritchett, the daughter of Gary and Virgene (Anne) McVittie Pritchett was born July 30, 1966 at Marlette, Michigan. She passed away on November 24, 2023 at Houston House surrounded by her family after losing her battle with bile duct/liver cancer.
Lisa grew up in Sandusky, Michigan until 1983 when the family bought a dairy farm and moved to Missouri. She graduated from Houston High School in 1984 and went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in education at Drury University. Later in life, she worked at Air Evac for several years until her health declined.
She had a great passion for books and music and her home state of Michigan, but her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family, especially her daughter Maia. She was so proud of Maia and doted on her every chance she could.
Lisa was preceded in death by her parents Gary and Anne.
She is survived by her daughter, Maia Pritchett; brother Scott Pritchett and his wife Candy; sister, Debi Jenkins; nieces, Heather and Elizabeth Jenkins and Jenna and Kelsey Pritchett; a nephew, Deven Jenkins and great nephews, Lucas and Liam Thomas and Hunter and Levi Perkins all of Houston, Missouri.
Lisa was a loving and caring person not only to family and friends, but to everyone she met. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation.
