Madona Kay (Baney) Goodvin

Madona Kay (Baney) Goodvin, 58 of Willow Springs, MO passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2023, at the Willow Care Nursing Home.  She was born on Nov. 6, 1965, in Davenport, IA the daughter of Connie (Baney) Childers.  Madona and her siblings moved to Cabool to live with family after their mother passed away.

Madona was married to William Goodvin for a short time in 1984.

As a child, she enjoyed playing games with her siblings and as she got older, she played cards, done crocheting, liked dancing to country music, going to the flea market, collecting earrings and drinking coffee with Mona.  Going to town was a must, she loved to be on the go.

Madona was preceded in death by her mother, Connie (Baney) Childers; her grandmother, Fern Baney; 4 uncles, Nova, Tommy, Ray and JD; aunt, Shirley Upshaw and nephew, TR Davis.  She is survived by siblings, Ramona Davis, Jerry Haddican and Teresa Davis and husband, Billy; step siblings, Glenda Jones and Bruce Wimberly; nieces, Angel Davis, Randi Ortega and Makayla Yonker and nephew, Weston Pringle.  She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be Elliott-Gentry-Carder Funeral Home in Cabool.  Graveside Service will be Mt. Ararat Cemetery in Cabool.
