Mae Lilly Parsons, daughter of the late Bill and Mary (Woolard) Davis, was born, the second of five children, June 18, 1925, in Dora, Missouri, and departed this life November 20, 2021, in Mountain Grove, Missouri. She was 96 years, 5 months, and 2 days of age.
Mae was raised in Dora and moved to Mountain Grove at the age of 20. She was united in marriage to William “Bill” Parsons September 30, 1946. Twelve children were born to this union.
Besides her parents, Mae was preceded in death by her husband, Bill, and seven children, Herbert, Walter, Larry, Janice, Terry, Ricky, and Randy.
She is survived by five children, Billy Dean Parsons, Richard Parsons, Vickie Collins, Jerry Parsons, and Kelly Parsons, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
