Marvella Elliott Stillwell of Willow Springs, Missouri, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2024.
Marvella was preceded in death by her loving husband, Arnold; five children, three grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
She is survived by ten children, James, Pam, Cimmie, Tami, Yvonne, Tonya, Tim, Crystal, Bruce, and Travis as well as their spouses; her numerous grandchildren and their growing families. She is further survived by her four siblings, Melva, Carl, May, and Fay.
Marvella was loved by all who knew her and she loved her family beyond measure.She spent most of her life as a wife and homemaker, raising her children and often caring for grandchildren in the summer months. Marvella spent many years employed for the Higginsville State School, then working alongside Arnold at the local trophy plant. She was later employed at the Cabool Nursing Home and high-rise apartments, and lastly the Super 8 before retiring.
In her lifetime, Marvella had many hobbies that included an interest in almost anything haunted, attending auctions and yard sales, tending to her garden and many plants, square dancing, and most recently watching “Bros of Decay” TV show.
Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Yarber Mortuary, Willow Springs, Missouri. Following cremation a private burial will be planned for the family.
